Privacy Policy
ForeCash Golf runs on your device — there's no account and no server collecting your scores or bets. The only outside services involved are the ones needed to handle an optional subscription. Here's the full policy so you know exactly where things stand.
Everything you enter — names, handicaps, scores, bets, courses — stays on your device. We don't run a server that collects it, and we don't sell it or use advertising or analytics trackers. The only personal data handled off your device is the minimum needed to process an optional subscription.
Your golf data — profile, courses, scorecards, friends, and betting ledger — stays on your device; we never receive it. The one exception is subscriptions: if you subscribe to ForeCash Premium, a small amount of purchase-related information is handled by Apple and by our subscription provider so the app can unlock the features you've paid for. That's covered in the Subscriptions section below.
Everything you enter into the app — player names, handicaps, saved courses, friends lists, game history, and settlement records — is saved locally on your device only. It never leaves your phone. If you delete the app, that data is gone; we don't have a copy of it anywhere.
ForeCash Golf is free to download and offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, ForeCash Premium, which unlocks the full set of betting games and features. To provide and manage subscriptions, we rely on two third parties:
This information is used only to deliver and maintain your access to paid features. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold.
ForeCash Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription and may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. A subscription automatically renews at the selected price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during that trial.
ForeCash Golf includes a convenience link to Venmo for settling up with other players. Tapping it opens Venmo directly (either the app or venmo.com) with the payment amount pre-filled. We don't see, store, or process this transaction in any way — it's a direct hand-off to Venmo, governed by Venmo's own privacy policy, not ours.
ForeCash Golf contains no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking SDKs used to profile you. We don't track how you use the app for marketing purposes. The only off-device data handling is the subscription processing described above, which exists solely to deliver the features you purchase.
You can add a profile picture by choosing an existing photo or taking a new one with your camera. If you take a new photo, that happens through your device's standard photo picker — and the image is saved only on your device, as part of your local profile. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. ForeCash Golf does not otherwise access your camera, and it does not request or use your device's location or microphone.
ForeCash Golf is not directed at children, and given that we collect no data from anyone regardless of age, there's nothing collected from children specifically either.
If we add features that involve sending more of your data off your device — for example, multi-device sync — we'll update this policy before that feature ships, and it will clearly describe what's collected and why.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
